On October 31, 2023, the Baakoye Cooperative Cocoa Farmers Union, located in the Bekwai municipality, generously provided assistance to deserving students in the area.
The support items, including school bags, exercise books, various supplies, and cash, were distributed to these bright yet underprivileged students.
This charitable initiative reached several towns within the Bekwai Municipality, namely Aboaso, Asakyire, Kusiase, Dajanso, and Subriso Saviour.
In addition to aiding the students, the cooperative also extended their kindness to the parents. They offered support to the parents, enabling them to initiate small businesses, ensuring a sustainable means of supporting their children’s education.
